Prices & Delivery

Customers in the European Union can now pay VAT/Tax when checking out – for faster delivery & no extra costs in your country! We are fully IOSS registered. *Up to 135 GBP (150 Euros) worth of goods. The VAT rate and amount for your particular country will be shown when you checkout.

Pricing

Our prices are displayed excluding VAT (Sales Tax). Taxes are shown upon checkout relevant to your country. We are IOSS registered for the EU. Meaning delivery direct to your door in EU nations with nothing extra to pay (providing goods are under 150 Euro value). 

We also now account for US taxes/import duties at checkout. Again, delivering direct to your door without incurring any more charges.

For all other nations there may be additional costs depending on tax laws in your state/country.

Postage & Packing

We operate a fair Postage & Packing policy. Our P&P prices start at just £2.99. So customers only buying a small low price item do not have to pay an unbalanced amount.

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries. Tracked 24 & 48 services do not usually require a signature but are tracked to door. The 24 and 48 hour times are also not guaranteed though most packages are delivered within that time frame (working days only). UK customers do have the option of upgrading delivery to guaranteed next working day (Special Delivery).

Payment must be made before 3pm (UK time) for orders to go out the same day. All delivery guarantees are subject to National Holidays. Please always bear this in mind.

International Sales

We sell internationally but some countries are not covered. Upon checkout if there are no delivery options available, we don’t serve that country yet. Please contact us as we may still be able to help.
